As succulent smells of whole lamb, suckling pig and herbed whole chicken roasting over the barbecue fills the air, satisfy growling stomachs as a conference day concludes.
Guests of your event can take a peek at what’s for dinner as early as 10am when The Beast is awoken, anticipating charcoal hissing and sizzling with the drippings of tender meat all the while attending conference sessions through the day.
This new out-of-the-box dining concept is available for conferences of 50 guests or more with bookings offered in every season.
