Here to cater to any occasion, newly appointed Executive Chef Philip Garrod has an overwhelming wealth of experience that sees any conference or event come alive with exciting, mouth-watering cuisine. From an impressive start diving straight into Qantas Flight Catering at the age of 15 and then onto renowned 5 star hotels at 20, Philip’s culinary ventures span extensively to include both national and global venues, leaving no stone unturned. Now with Mantra Bell City, his incredible skills and know-how of event catering is a treat for all who visit.
“It’s about bringing some theatre. How can we better engage with the guest with more interaction themed events as opposed to the standard 3 course offering?” Philip said.
