Its location in the vibrant suburb of Preston offers delegates a more accessible alternative to Melbourne’s CBD, with plenty of parking and the airport only 20 minutes away.

In all, 15 rooms and multiple breakout areas are available, all supported by excellent facilities and audio-visual technologies. There are five main function areas with the largest, The Ballroom, having a capacity for 500 guests. Most of these spaces are designed to break into smaller meeting rooms, while others can be interconnected for large scale functions or multi purpose events requiring multiple venues.

CHILL Restaurant & Bar is the signature restaurant at Mantra Bell City, setting the standard with its innovative menu featuring modern Australian cuisine. Reflecting his passion and inspiration, Executive Chef Philip Garrod will take your delegates or guests on a journey that reflects the seasonality and locality of our produce.

Philip is well credentialed in catering for large numbers, having begun his career at the age of 15 with Qantas Flight Catering, before graduating to renowned 5-star hotels. Chill Restaurant and Bar is open every day for breakfast, lunch & dinner with two private dining rooms.

This contemporary hotel provides a range of suites and one or two bedroom apartments, all as stylish as they are spacious. Room features include reverse cycle air conditioning, LCD TV with FOXTEL, Wi-Fi as well as Broadband Internet access, and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms also have kitchenettes with mini fridges, toasters, microwaves and stovetops, while suites offer the additional luxury of espresso machines.

Guests can also make use of a range of facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, games room and secure, undercover parking ($9 per 24 hours). In–house services include 24 hour reception, concierge, express check-out, luggage storage and laundry and dry cleaning services (fee applies).
