Surge Restaurant & Bar offers relaxed casual dining overlooking the main lagoon pool for breakfast and lunch. Mantra’s Pool Deck is the perfect location to enjoy a casual lunch, barbeque dinner or a spectacular evening function overlooking our lagoon pool. Cocktail functions can be arranged for up to 250 or an alfresco banquet for 120.

For a culinary treat, Season Restaurant & Bar in the neighbouring property Peppers Salt Resort & Spa will welcome delegates with contemporary fusion-style cuisine and award-winning wines. Season features fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere and is open for breakfast and dinner.

Accommodation

Delegates will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of distant rolling waves in a choice of hotel, one or two bedroom accommodation, all with air conditioning and private balconies. During waking hours, guests can relax and unwind with cable TV and in room WiFi, as well as coffee and tea making facilities. Some of the One and Two Bedroom Suites also offer full-size kitchens. Several Hotel Rooms and Suites are also disabled friendly, with facilities such as bathroom grab rails and non-slip mats.
