Our huge property sits on 465 acres just minutes away from the city of Christchurch, convenient to access for large and small functions as well as executive retreats. State-of-the-art facilities can be optioned for conferences of up to 200 delegates in a theatre arrangement while a unique range of experiences spans from fly-fishing to rugby and golf to hiking. In addition, delegates can enjoy breaks simply meandering through the resort’s botannical class gardens and indulge in the sumptuous food offerings that are sure to impress.

Within the hotel, The Lakes Restaurant combines elegant sophistication with a relaxed ambience. Its menu features New Zealand cuisine with contemporary flair and changes regularly to make the most of the finest local seasonal produce available. Delicious meals are complemented by a beverage selection including award-winning New Zealand wines. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Stunning views of Lake Kaikainui can be enjoyed from any of the Suites, Rooms, Apartments or Villas. Delegates can don their complimentary bathrobes and stretch out on comfortable, contemporary furnishings or king beds. If they tire of the views, all accommodation options also offer in-room internet access and cable television. For the added convenience and comfort of a kitchenette, balcony and rain shower a Suite or Villa is perfect. The Villa and Apartment options also offer delegates the chance to share accommodation.
