Both early arrival and late departures are subject to availability and on request basis only. If available, a late departure between 11am - 2pm is $50 per hour and after 2pm a full night charge applies. There is no fee for early check in if it is able to be provided.

You will find Peppers Beacon located at 34 Lake Esplanade, Queenstown, New Zealand. If you flying into Queenstown International Airport follow the below instructions:

  • Take Tex Smith Lane toward Hawthorne Drive until you reach the T junction
  • At the intersection, turn right onto Hawthorne Drive and continue for 110 metres
  • Take the second right onto Lucas Place and continue for 800 metres
  • Take the second right onto Kawarau Road /SH 6 and continue for 700 metres
  • Turn left onto Frankton Road /SH 6A and continue for 5.8 kilometres
  • Take the second right onto Stanley Street /SH 6A and continue for 450 metres
  • Take the first left onto Ballarat Street and continue for 100 metres
  • Take the first right onto Camp Street and continue for 85 metres
  • Take the second left onto Beach Street and continue for 500 metres
  • Turn onto Lake Esplanade and continue for 300 metres. Peppers Beacon is on the right hand side.
