Our seven specialised asset management divisions deliver unparalleled services and capabilities, positioning Accor Apartments & Realty at the forefront of the strata industry.

Owners Relations

  • Leading the way in strata owner services, our Owner Relation Managers (ORM’s) provide extensive support to unit owners and provide a premium personalised service.
  • Each property has a dedicated ORM who is in contact with owners regularly, both personally and via quarterly newsletters. The Quarterly Newsletter for every strata property under management is emailed direct to each of our owners. These comprise of resort updates, regional and national sales and marketing updates.

Business Development

  • Employing specialised Business Development Managers, our team assists new investors who are considering Accor Apartments & Realty management. Involved in the pre-opening of new hotels and resorts, we work closely with developers and operational teams with a particular focus on optimising investor sales, facilitating the sale of furniture packages and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the operational pre-opening phase.
  • This team also develops and administers owner benefit programs such as Partnership Program, a residential membership program that was one of the first of its kind in Australia and on par with some of the great hotels of the world.

Strata Options

  • Apartment owners and Bodies Corporate represent Accor Apartments & Realty key stakeholders, making the protection of caretaking and letting agreements paramount. Our Asset Management department includes a team dedicated to Strata Operations who ensure that our obligations to our Bodies Corporate are met and that the duties under our caretaking agreements are fulfilled. This team also provides stakeholders with senior Accor Hotels Apartments & Realty representation at all general Body Corporate meetings and AGM's.

Compliance & Risk

  • Accor Apartments & Realty compliance team objective is to provide our stakeholders with services founded on transparency and integrity. The Compliance team provides training to hotel operational teams and ensure that team members comply with current legislation and internal policies and procedures at all times, at both a corporate and property level. Accor Apartments & Realty aim to meet and exceed our compliance obligations in a proactive and best practice manner.

  • Working with interior designers and key stakeholders, Accor Apartments & Realty offers a range of value add services, from complete furniture packages to ad-hoc replacements items. View more

Apartment Sales

  • Managing the apartment sales process has been a frequently requested service by unit owners throughout the years and we are thrilled to now be able to offer this facility. Accor Realty has opened its doors and is based out of the sales office, located in the retail precinct of Peppers Soul in the heart of Surfers Paradise. View more

Property Management

  • The Asset Management department also employs a centralised permanent property management team. This dedicated team ensures legislative requirements are met, the placement of quality tenants occurs and that the owners’ physical asset is maintained at all times. Our experienced team of property managers at Accor Realty pro-actively communicate with you on all matters relating to your property.
